The through-line

A career built around making technology work for people.

I started in desktop support, where I learned that the best technical work begins with listening. That foundation led me through systems and network engineering, and ultimately to voice—where infrastructure, business operations, and human connection meet.

Today, I bring that full-stack perspective to modern collaboration and customer experience: navigating legacy risk, designing the future state, and guiding teams through change with clarity.
